A BILL making a supplementary appropriation from the balance of
moneys remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending the
thirtieth day of June, two thousand, in the department of
transportation, division of motor vehicles-driver
rehabilitation, fund 8214, fiscal year 2000, organization
0802, all supplementing and amending the appropriation for the
fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, two thousand.



WHEREAS, The governor has established that there now remains
an unappropriated balance in the department of transportation,
division of motor vehicles-driver rehabilitation, fund 8214, fiscal
year 2000, organization 0802, available for expenditure during the
fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, two thousand;
therefore
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:



That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending the
thirtieth day of June, two thousand, fund 8214, fiscal year 2000,
organization 0802, be supplemented and amended by increasing the
total appropriation by two hundred fifty thousand dollars in the
line items as follows:

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to
supplement this fund in the budget act for the fiscal year ending
the thirtieth day of June, two thousand, by adding two hundred
fifty thousand dollars to the existing appropriation for
unclassified-total for expenditure during the fiscal year two
thousand.
